Types of Inspections
Level 1:
A Level 1 is a thorough going over of anything that's easily accessible, this is the first step in the process. A typical Level 1 starts off by sweeping out any debris inside the flue and the smoke chamber. We then inspect the condition of your fireplace by taking measurements, and looking for any visual issues as well. We follow the National Fireplace Association (NFPA) standards.
Level 2:
Our Level 2 is preformed as needed. It consists of either a camera inspection, chimney top inspection,crawl space, or attic space inspection. We suggest getting a Level 2 if you failed a Level 1. Also, if you have any known problems or performance issues, working on any real estate transactions, or switching from one fuel source to another.
